To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (865) 457-0326 and speak with one of our terrific staff members. They will help you find the best time for the services you need.

The day of your first appointment, you can save a lot of time by completing the forms to the right. You have the option to submit the forms online or print and complete them. Fill out the Patient Information form, Medical History form, and both HIPAA forms before you arrive, and you’ll be able to breeze through our reception area.

Newton Cosmetic Dentistry does whatever it takes to perfect your smile. We accept all insurance policies, but we’re not a participating provider on any insurance company list.
